Ways to order
You can use any of the following methods to order from www.greekmusicshop.gr

If you wish Fax or Email your order please include the following information:
- Delivery Address including your full name, address, postal or Zip code and country.
- Billing address if different from the shipping address

Cash on Delivery (Greece only)
Western Union Transfer

Please include the item codes of the products you want to order
For destinations within Greece we use the Greek Post or courier
For destinations outside of Greece we us the Greek post
For destinations within Greece:
Credit Card payments - €3.30
C.O.D - €6.20 (€3.30 + €2.90)
Wire Transfer - €3.30 (+ €2.30 for money transfer)
For destinations outside of Greece:
Shipping charges are based on the current rates provided by the Greek Postal Service
All items in stock are dispatched the same or next day.
Items on Back Order (Not in Stock) are usually dispatched within 2 - 10 days.
You will be informed by email about how long your order will take.
By Courier - 24 to 48 hours.
By Post - 1 to 3 days.
Outside of Greece:
Europe - 3 to 15 days.
Rest of World - 4 to 21 days.
If your order is late, please check with your post office and contact us.
If your order has been shipped and you have not received it within 15 days please contact us. We shall investigate the cause of the delay. If after 30 days you still have not received your order we can resend your order at no extra cost or refund you.
If your order is incorrect and the fault is ours, we will resend your order at no extra charge once you have returned the incorrect package. If the error is not ours we are happy to resend your order once postal expenses are paid.
For Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) orders, if a package is returned to us as 'unclaimed' or 'Not Accepted', The postal expenses will be added to your next order. We will notify you via email or phone if a package is returned.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
You can change or cancel your order at anytime before it is dispatched by contacting us.
Please note: We do not accept returns more than one week after your order has been delivered.
